He is based in the Oxford office and has particular expertise in the technology and life sciences sectors. Grayson has a strong track record in complex and high value transactions, often with a cross-border element.

Roman is a partner in the family team in London. With more than 20 years’ experience in all aspects of family law, he has a strong track record in complex litigation.

Alexander is a partner in the shipping and international trade teams. Based in the Madrid office, he specialises in non-contentious and contentious work, particularly international arbitration and cross-border litigation in the oil and gas, energy, mining and commodity sectors in Spain and Latin America.

Louis is an experienced insolvency and civil fraud partner in the commercial dispute resolution team who advises on proceedings at all levels of the English courts.
